Back to Gigging
So I've come back to gig and unfortunately I will not be making this coming April-May trip to Japan with the PALI Band. Which is a little better for me. Time to focus on the CD that was supposed to have been in the mastering process already. Voice still isn't up to where it used to be but hopefully will get there soon.

Taking a break
Aloha all, it's been a while since the last entry. It seems as though I'll be needing to take a break from singing right now. For how long? I'm not really sure. Been having problems singing and it's it the best interest to give my throat some rest and see if that will help. If not I will have to stop singing in the bands and will look for something else to do. God has been awesome so if he closes this door he'll open more doors. Will keep posting updates as time goes by. Right now it's projected at 3 weeks till next Dr. checkup.

Back Home
Ok so I have arrived back home yesterday. Still a little jet lagged but we had a great time! I met a lot of people and got to jam with Ian and Toku san again. Trip wa tanoshi desu! Everytime I go to Japan it gets a little harder to leave. I really do hope that one day I'll be able to live there. I just love the culture, people and the food! I don't think I want to live there forever but for a good amount of years would be good. Anyways, I have one more trip coming up but that will be the last of the year so I have to make the best of it for now. Even though this one will only be 4 days as well. Oh yeah, at least I can say that i rode the longest and tallest roller coaster in the world...twice!! Hehe. It was fun but I don't hink I could have rode it 3 times in a row. Started to get sick on the 2nd one. It's a huge head rush. Ok time to go to my dad's place. Aloha a hui hou!

Nagoya Day 1
So we have arrived here in Nagoya. The flight was 8 hours and 30 minutes. That was a crazy long flight. Not used to being on the airplane that long. When I went thru customs the guy literally checked every single time I came here. I had tourism checked off but he saw that I had 2 visa's. So he was a little hesitant. Took me forever to get out and I was the first of the band members to get in line and I ended up being the last passenger out of the customs area. LOL! Then it was an hour and a half drive to the hotel. Tiring but dinner was totally worth it. Yakiniku was so awesome!! All you can eat too. Well, it's time for me to hit the pillows cause it's 5:20am hawaii time.

Upcoming Solo Album
Aloha Everyone! Well, been thinking about doing a solo album for a while now and finally have started it. Yay! I also just found out what the album will be called. For now it will remain a secret.haha
As of right now it's gonna have 2 original songs (one of which the all famous Kamaka Fernandez is translating to hawaiian), some hula songs and a couple contemporary ones.Got almost all the rhythm guitar tracks down.
Gonna have some guest musicians on the album as well.
Anyways, that's all for now. Just wanted to test and see if the blog is working correctly.
Oh yeah and watch out for the upcoming, long awaited- the Abrigo Ohana CD to be released soon as well! Gonna be awesome!
